Like most businesses our size we are trying to accomplish more with less. One of our challenges is that our printers are faster than our production people and we wanted a way to help make our staff faster with fewer errors. We saw the CWT table as a way to do that since we can laminate jobs the size of the table much faster than using the laminator and do not have to web up the laminate. Additionally we mount laminate on a lot of the substrates we print to with our flatbed and this process is much easier and much faster than running them through our laminator. We have sales people who have never worked in production successfully laminate or mount a graphics using this table because it’s so easy.
The CWT table seems to have a better overall design than some of the comparable tables and the roller moves very smoothly up and down the table. We didn’t think having the table light up would be that big of a deal, but it really helps to see the lines of the plotted material much better than we expected. After only a few months we are hooked.
They made the experience very easy, they handled delivery and installation on time and have followed up with us multiple times to make sure everything is to our satisfaction. Also, the team you see on the Youtube videos is the team you meet at sign shows and is the team you work with to get everything done. I do and have recommended this purchase to several other FASTSIGNS owners who are looking to improve their productivity in production.
