PRINT-MAG & INO-MAG
Print-Mag is a permanent magnetic material, with one side magnetized and other side laminated with a printable quality PVC, PET, or PP-Paper . With high performance of magnetic power, Print-Mag is widely used indoor and outdoor, and is available in widths up to 50”. Hi-Force Magnet is a premium material with stronger energy.
INSTALLATION ON STEEL SURFACE:
Stick Print-Mag or Ino-Mag directly on iron or steel surfaces.
Ino-Mag is the widest and thinnest printable magnets in the world, 50”, 54” and 60“ wide, providing you the
ideal materials to make the largest advertising graphic and signature.
Our most popular and standard printable magnet sheeting has a vinyl print surface and is suitable for digital inkjet printing, screen printing and printing with Solvent, Eco-Solvent or UV ink. We use a high quality PVC material that is waterprof and comes with a matte or gloss finish. You may also choose from our standard PVC colors of white, black, red, yellow, blue, green and orange, or you may request your own custom color.
We basically are able to laminate most any printable substrate to our magnet sheeting. We offer PET or PP printable substrate surfaces designed to be environmentally friendly and better suited for water based and latex inks. We offer a water proof PP or Art Paper laminated magnet sheeting for OFF SET, FLEXO, and Laser printing. And a glossy photo paper for digital color inkjet printing. We offer coated, desktop printable inkjet paper for do it yourself projects, school, home, or office use, and for printable retail product manufactures. We also offer thin, coated magnet sheeting for business cards, post cards, and posters. This thin material is printable on both sides and resembles a standard paper stock business card with a thickness of 11 mil.
We manufacture a standard energy magnet sheeting as well as a high energy magnet sheeting. The standard energy magnet has not be magnetically oriented so that all of the magnetic domains or particles align in the same orientation. In fact, some of the domains cancel each other out because of their alignment with each other. Most flexible magnet sheeting within the industry are manufactured in this fashion and thus the term "standard energy". The technical term for the standard energy material is "isotropic", meaning the material has not been magnetically oriented.
Our high energy magnet material has been oriented during the process of manufacturing the material so that most all of the magnetic domains within the material align in the same direction. Most all of the north poles are facing in the same direction, as well as most all of the south poles. Because none or few of the magnetic domains cancel each other out, the net effect is that the material produces a much higher holding force and magnetic energy. The technical term for magnetically oriented material is "Anisotropic". However, in the industry we usually use the terms "standard energy" and/or "high energy".
