3 Tool Head

Three operations with one tool head. Dual cutting tools and a creasing wheel all on the same head. Each tool operates independently reducing operation time and improving productivity.

Cut Through Tool

The cutting tool works with a wide reange of media up to 600 micron card stock.

Kiss Cut Tool

For vinyl and film applications which require intricate scoring through the adhesive layer, without cutting through the backing material. 

Creasing Wheel Tool

For the creasing of card stock for packaging applications such as boxes where fold lines are required. 

High Resolution Camera

The high resolution CCD vision camera system designed to read registration marks on the media to the original value of the digital file for precision cutting accuracy of 0.08 inch / 0.2 mm.

Automatic Sheet Loading

The automatic sheet feeding and cutting system is designed to load and cut without the need of an operator.
