Lustre UV Overlaminating Film - Permanent Adhesive

Summary:
Concept® 401 Lustre UV Overlaminating Film is a pressure sensitive 3 mil lustre clear PVC film offering resistance to ultra violet degradation with the 200-4990 permanent acrylic adhesive on a smooth liner. This vinyl film protects the graphics from abrasion, moisture and ultra violet radiation. It is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.

Applications:  
 Concept® 401 lustre overlaminating vinyl film is designed to protect digital image prints and screen printed images for exhibit and display graphics. Can be used in most instances where an overlay with a lustre finish is required on interior or exterior applications.

Film Thickness:   
3.0 mils.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Adhesive Thickness Side One: 
  .8 to 1.0 mil.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Liner Thickness Side One:  
 4.0 mils.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Temperature Ranges:  
 Minimum application temperature +40°F
Service temperature range -40°F to +180°F.

Dimensional Stability:  
 Good.

Expected Exterior Exposure:  
 Up to 4 years under normal conditions (Vertical Surfaces)

Adhesion:  
 To stainless steel 48 oz/in. Tested according to PSTC-101 Method A procedures. 24 hr. dwell at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Storage Stability:  
 1-year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
