High Gloss Overlaminating Film - Permanent Adhesive

Summary: Concept® 105 High Gloss Overlaminating Film is a pressure sensitive 2.0 mil polyester film with the optically clear 204-4100 permanent acrylic adhesive on a 1.5 mil polyester film liner. This polyester film offers protection from abrasion, moisture and other environmental exposures. It is laminated by the cold laminating process without the addition of heat.
Applications:    High Gloss overlaminating polyester film is designed to protect digital image prints and screenprinted images for exhibit and display graphics. May also be used to protect printed signage both interior and exterior. This film can be used to enhance image clarity, contrast, and brilliance.
Film Thickness:    2.0 mils.

Temperature Ranges:    Minimum application temperature +40° F.

Dimensional Stability:    Good.
Expected Exterior Exposure:    The polyester film and adhesive have good resistance to discoloration caused by exterior exposure. Under normal exterior exposure conditions Concept 105 could protect the under-laying graphics for up to 2-years from fading caused by typical exterior exposure conditions.
Adhesion:    To stainless steel 48 oz/in. When tested according to PSTC-1 with 24 hr. dwell at 70 °F and 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.
Storage Stability:    1-year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.
