Summary:
Dragon Wrap™ Carbon Fiber Films is a 5.6 mil calendered vinyl film featuring a clear repositionable permanent acrylic adhesive on an air-egress liner. This film has excellent dimensional stability, outstanding durability and outdoor performance. Available is three colors, 780 Black, 781 Argent and 782 White. This repositionable permanent adhesive offers minimal initial bond growing to permanent bonds that facilitates application of large graphics. The air egress liner also aids in large graphic application.

Applications:   
Common uses are Automotive Accent Restyling and Automotive Wraps as applied by experienced installers. Architectural Signage, Flexible Sign Surfaces, and Outdoor Advertising are other possibilities.

Adhesion:   

• To stainless steel 40 oz/in.
• When tested according to PSTC-101 Method A with 24 hr. dwell at 70°F and
• 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Water Resistance:   
Excellent. Test if immersed.

Humidity Resistance:   
Excellent.

Solvent Resistance:  
 Excellent

1-year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.

Recommendations: 
  Comp-U-Cut carbon fiber films should be maintained to preserve long term appearance using standard aftercare products designed for textured exterior vinyl surfaces. A commercially available protectant such as Armor All or 303 Aerospace Protectant is recommended. DO NOT use waxes of any type.
