Concept 216 3.2 Mil Gloss White Promotional Vinyl 54 Inches x 150 Feet

 Concept® 216 is a 3 mil white gloss flexible calendared PVC film coated with 200-5000 clear acrylic pressure sensitive adhesive laminated to a 70# Layflat liner. This vinyl film is designed to accept a variety of solvent, eco solvent, latex and UV curable inks common to wide format digital printing systems. This adhesive produces permanent bonds to a variety of common substrates used in graphics applications.

Applications:   
Concept® 216 is designed for interior or exterior signage, decals, nameplates and point-ofpurchase displays where a gloss white print stock is required.

Film Thickness:   
3.0 mils.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Adhesive Thickness Side One:  
 0.8 to 1.0 mils.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Liner Thickness Side One:   
5.3 mils.
(Thickness variance +/- 10%)

Temperature Ranges:   
Minimum application temperature +40°F.
Service temperature -40°F to +180°F.

Dimensional Stability:   
Good under normal conditions. High heat and age may accelerate vinyl shrinkage.

Expected Exterior Exposure:   
Up to 4 years under normal exposure conditions.

Adhesion:   
To stainless steel 40 oz/in. PSTC-101 Method A with 24 hr. dwell at 70°F and 50% relative humidity. Typical values. Individual values may vary. Test thoroughly before production.

Water Resistance:   
Limited immersion resistance. Test for specific application.

Humidity Resistance:  
 Good.

Storage Stability:   
One (1) year shelf life when stored at 70°F and 50% relative humidity.

Recommendations:   
Completely evaporate inkjet solvents before application. Failure to do so may facilitate solvent penetration resulting in vinyl degradation.
